ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost; typically delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nickfisher518@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
- For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. However, we are happy to assist you in resolving the matter.
DELIVERY ISSUES
