Refund policy

At PrepPack, we want to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Initiating a Return:

• Returns should be sent to the following address:

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

• We cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Perishable goods (food, plants)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

• For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
