Refund policy
At PrepPack, we want to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Initiating a Return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Perishable goods (food, plants)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
- For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
